If you initiate an on-chain transaction, you are publishing that transaction permanently to a public ledger.
Your Wallet address, even though it does not by itself include your real-world name, may become associated with your real-world identity through other channels (such as your activity on centralized exchanges that perform Know-Your-Customer verification, or your public statements on social media). We do not control that association and we cannot remove it from the blockchain.

No security measure is perfect, and no method of transmission over the internet or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your Wallet credentials. We do not have access to and cannot recover your Wallet private key, seed phrase, or passkey.

California residents have the right to: (a) request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (b) request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; and (d) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. The legal bases on which we rely are described in Section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The Service is operated from the United States; using it from outside the U.S. involves international data transfer, and you consent to that transfer.
