We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal obligation; to enforce our Terms of Service; to investigate potential fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public.

05 ON-CHAIN DATA IS PUBLIC AND PERMANENT

Activity on the Avalanche C-Chain — including AVAX deposits to our credits contract, NFT mints, NFT transfers, and any other on-chain transaction you initiate — is visible to anyone with a blockchain explorer. Once an on-chain transaction is recorded, it cannot be deleted, edited, or reversed by us or by anyone else. If you initiate an on-chain transaction, you are publishing that transaction permanently to a public ledger.

Your Wallet address, even though it does not by itself include your real-world name, may become associated with your real-world identity through other channels (such as your activity on centralized exchanges that perform Know-Your-Customer verification, or your public statements on social media). We do not control that association and we cannot remove it from the blockchain.
